We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Team Members to join the Hutch Home team! If you have a love for home decor, interior design, and creating meaningful connections with customers, this is a great opportunity to be part of our growing brand.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect home decor and furniture items to suit their style and needs.
- Stay informed about our product lines to offer expert recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring displays reflect the Hutch Home brand.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while building positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and contribute to a fun, engaging work environment.

Requirements:
- Passion for home decor, interior design, and helping customers create beautiful spaces. - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn about our product offerings.
